Its position opposite Euston Station makes the Friends Meeting House ideal for our AGM. There is a vegetarian/vegan café on the premises if you would like some lunch before the meeting which starts at 1.30.
I can now reveal that our Keynote Speaker will be John Sergeant. As a former Chief Political Correspondent for both the BBC and ITN I am sure he will have many stories of his time in Westminster. These tales, combined with his appearances on Strictly Come Dancing, will make for an informative and entertaining talk.
We are also pleased that James Duberly, Director, Pensions Investments at BBC Pension Trust Ltd. will be speaking. How and where our pensions are invested is important and James has all the facts and figures. Far from being a rather dry subject, James previously brought his knowledge and experience about Pension investments to life with an entertaining and educational talk. There will be a short Q and A session also.
