The clocks ‘fall’ back the weekend of 25th/26th October and the days become shorter. That doesn’t mean that we have to stay indoors when nature is putting on such a spectacular display for Autumn. Walking through forests and admiring the spectacular Autumn trees with their stunning colours helps to clear the mind and escape from our everyday problems.
