Even though it’s the shortest month of the year, February can also be the most depressing. Cold, grey days don’t do much to lift anyone’s mood. There has never been more promotion and awareness of people’s mental health issues. Whilst it might seem ‘fashionable’ to some, for others it is very real. I wanted to make our members aware of an NHS website called ‘Every Mind Matters’ which has lots of information and help if you are struggling with your mental health. It covers issues such as anxiety, sleep, low mood and stress.

The website can be found @ https://bit.ly/2trUsqO
